[What convenient timing] Unfortunately, the prices of the Exaclan items are quite firm. While we are happy to negotiate on the prices of some of our other items, upgrade rings and memory charm prices cannot be negotiated in order to keep the game fair to everyone else.

Does that make sense? [And she's got her best go away customer service smile on too. You know the one when someone is being unreasonable and you still have to be nice?]
